My stay didn't go as planned. While the initial impression of the hotel was positive, with a nice location, it quickly soured due to the serious cleanliness issues in the room. The service I received when I addressed these problems was inadequate and left much to be desired. I was left feeling frustrated about my experience overall.

My experience at this hotel was marred by a series of unfortunate events, primarily stemming from poor service and lack of cleanliness. While the location is great for visiting Disneyland and parking was convenient, the rude front desk staff and issues like an ant infestation in my room really overshadowed the positives. I left feeling frustrated, especially considering the decent proximity to attractions.
